After securing a 1,180 square-metre site on Brighton’s highly sought after Black Street, VDG worked with the local council and state government to finalise a design that maximised the construction potential on the property. Employing an efficient and collaborative approach, VDG expedited the planning and application process, successfully securing a permit and mitigating any unnecessary costs.

The resulting design was a pioneering combination of style, function and inspiration. The moody exteriors and stained outdoor timber features are a subtle and calming welcome to the property.
