Securing a splitter block in Brisbane’s affluent Camp Hill region, VDG partnered with Melbourne-based development group Capital Luxury Residences to capitalise on the potential of both lots. The organisations worked cohesively with the local and state authorities to determine the construction potential and realise every opportunity.

The 440-square-metre blocks each provide ample space to indulge in Brisbane’s year-round subtropical temperature. The approved plans were designed around the outdoors and ensure a seamless transition from the indoors.
